Description

The plaintiff says the defendant is her former daughter-in-law. She claims she loaned the ungrateful woman money for her car and a baby shower, but the plaintiff has yet to be repaid. She’s suing to get every penny back. The defendant says she can’t believe the plaintiff is turning on her. She claims the plaintiff told her it was a gift, not a loan.
Then, the plaintiff says the defendant’s unleashed dog went after his dog in a horrifying attack, and it’s a miracle she survived. The defendant refuses to pay the vet bills, so he’s suing her for those costs, plus pain and suffering. The defendant says the plaintiff’s dog was the aggressor and had her dog’s throat in her jaws. Her dog has a punctured throat, and she’s countersuing for her vet bills.
