Description

The plaintiff says he purchased a Scottish fold kitten from the defendant, but he was sick with an aggressive immune virus and died. He says the cat’s death cause irreparable emotional and financial harm, so he’s suing. The defendant says she sold the plaintiff two healthy kittens, and claims one got sick months later. She’s countersuing for stress and aggravation. 
Then, the plaintiff says she rented a room from the defendant, who she claims turned out to be a nut. She says the woman removed her food from the fridge and banged on her door so hard she had to call the cops. She’s suing for the cost of spoiled food and an unreturned security deposit. The defendant says she treated the plaintiff like a sister, and she’s suing her for unpaid rent.
