Description

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to make a concrete kitchen counter for her, but he broke it. He came back and tried again, but he broke that one too, so she’s suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff’s boyfriend complained and says the plaintiff was impatient. 
Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is the mother of his child, who he claims had him falsely arrested for hitting her. His claims his lawyer proved in court that she had lied, and he suing because of the turmoil she put him through. The defendant says the plaintiff is a cheater, and she insists he hit her.
