Description
The plaintiff used to babysit for the defendant’s children. She says the defendant owes her money for the day care services, but the defendant won’t pay, so she’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff wants her to pay for sessions when she didn’t even send her kids there.
Then, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant, a contractor, to install a new dishwasher she had bought, but it leaked so badly that the water had to be shut off. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says the plaintiff knew she had a faulty water valve in the basement that failed, so he’s not responsible.
