Description

The plaintiff claims the defendant is her ex of five years, and he refuses to reimburse her for half of the utility bills of the house they once shared. The plaintiff is suing her ex for the money she says she’s owed. The defendant insists the plaintiff is just mad that he broke up with her, and he doesn’t owe her a dime.
Then, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant knowingly sold him a damaged, leaky tent at her yard sale, so he is suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff set up the tent in a rainstorm, so of course it started to leak. That’s not her fault.
