Description
The plaintiff says the defendant is her cousin. She claims he made false allegations about her on Facebook and she subsequently lost business because of it. Family or not, she’s suing. The defendant says all he did was comment on one of her former worker’s pages that he hadn’t been paid either, and that’s not against the law.
Then, the plaintiff says she rented a vacation house from the defendant, and the woman is keeping her security deposit because of supposed damages. The plaintiff insists she won’t be ripped off, so she’s suing for the money. The defendant says her lake house was ruined by the unruly defendant and her family, and she’s countersuing for additional damages.
