Description

The plaintiff takes her niece to court. She says her niece posted rude videos about her on Facebook, so she’s suing for defamation and pain and suffering. The defendant left some of her furniture at the plaintiff’s mom’s house while she moved around, and she claims the plaintiff’s son sold it. She’s countersuing for the cost of the furniture and pain and suffering.
Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is her neighbor, who backed into her brand-new privacy fence and ruined it. His insurance covered it, but then he went on her property and removed her chain link fence, so she’s suing for the cost to rebuild. The defendant says he took down the fence as a safety issue with her permission.
