Description

The plaintiff says he worked for the defendant’s landscaping company, but the man kept bullying him about his autism and calling him “retarded.” The plaintiff couldn’t take it anymore and left after a month, but he was never paid, so he’s suing for discrimination and unpaid wages. The defendant says he paid the plaintiff cash because the he never provided his working papers. He insists the plaintiff is lying about being bullied.
Then, the plaintiff says she gave the defendant a deposit on renting a house, and the woman cashed the check. When the plaintiff showed up to move in, the defendant went crazy and threw her off the property. She’s suing her for mental anguish. The defendant says the plaintiff lied about her employment, and the plaintiff wasted her time. She’s suing for loss of potential rent, utilities, landscaping, and defamation.
