The plaintiff says he worked for the defendant’s landscaping company, but the man kept bullying him about his autism and calling him “retarded.” The plaintiff couldn’t take it anymore and left after a month, but he was never paid, so he’s suing for discrimination and unpaid wages. The defendant says he paid the plaintiff cash because the he never provided his working papers. He insists the plaintiff is lying about being bullied.

The defendant says the plaintiff lied about her employment, and the plaintiff wasted her time. She’s suing for loss of potential rent, utilities, landscaping, and defamation.
