Description

The plaintiff claims she loaned her older sister money so that she could get a new apartment. The plaintiff alleges that her sister hasn’t paid her back yet, so she’s suing. The defendant insists she doesn’t owe her sister a dime, and she feels hurt about the whole situation. The defendant is countersuing the plaintiff for defamation of character, slander, and harassment.
Then, the plaintiff claims she loaned her ex-boyfriend money so that he could get out of jail, and now he won’t pay her back, so she’s suing. The defendant says he never asked for the money. The plaintiff just sent it to the defendant’s baby’s mother because she wanted to help them out.
