Description

The plaintiffs say their teenage daughter dated the defendants’ son and she ran away from home. They claim the defendants denied knowing where their child was even after SWAT teams searched for her, but she was actually hiding out with her boyfriend. The plaintiffs are suing for pain and suffering. The defendants say the girl told them she was being abused, so they thought they were protecting her. They’re countersuing for harassment.
Then, the plaintiff says he met the defendant when she was waiting tables. He claims he gave her multiple loans, then she racked up bills on his credit card and blocked his number, so he’s suing to get his money back. The defendant admits she got the loans and claims the plaintiff told her she wouldn’t have to pay him back if she had sex with him, which she refused.
