Description

The plaintiff says the defendant’s cat attacked her cat several times and the nasty neighbor is refusing to cover her vet bills. She’s suing for the costs. The defendant says he’s genuinely sorry the plaintiff’s old cat was injured, as he loves animals, but he claims it’s a case of mistaken identity. He says it was another cat who attacked.
Then, the plaintiff says the defendant opened his car door one day just as she was driving by and never even looked. She hit the door and damaged her car. She’s suing for the state max to cover the repairs. The defendant says the plaintiff was the one who hit him since his door was already open, and she misjudged the distance.
