Description

The plaintiff, a dog rescuer, said she paid to have a Siberian husky neutered for the defendant so the dog could be put up for adoption, but now the woman ghosted her and is refusing to pay her back. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant claims the plaintiff said she would neuter the dog for her. She claims she chipped in as agreed.
Then, The plaintiff says the defendant is her granddaughter, who owes her money. Family or no family, it’s time to get back what she gave out, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says she doesn’t owe any money.
Lastly, the plaintiff says he had been hiring the defendant’s cleaning company for seven years, but they shattered his shower door the last time they were there. The defendants said they’d pay for a new one, but they didn’t, so he’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendants say the door wasn’t on the track properly and their employee could have been killed by all the glass.
