Description

The plaintiffs say the defendant hired them to do some painting. Even though they worked for five days, she refuses to pay and threatened to sic her dogs on them. They’re suing for what they’re owed. The defendant says the plaintiffs were incredibly sloppy and got paint everywhere, including on an expensive opera gown.
Then, the plaintiff says her cat was attacked by the defendant’s unleashed dog and his leg was broken. The defendant is refusing to pay the vet bills even though she’s the one at fault, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says one of her dogs got away from her child, and the dog chased the cat up a tree and the cat fell. She denies owing for anything.

In the courtroom, Milian is joined by court officer Douglas McIntosh. Doug Llewelyn interviews litigants after a decision has been rendered in their cases.
