The plaintiff says the defendant is her ex-husband, and she loaned him some money when he hit a rough patch. Plus, the plaintiff says he bought his first car from the defendant, but he claims the man unloaded a pile of junk on him. He says the car needs a new transmission and other major repairs, but the defendant told him to take a hike, so he’s suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff had the car for a week before complaining and denies there was anything wrong with the vehicle when he sold it.
