Description

The plaintiff claims her neighbor’s child shot a bow and arrow into her new fence, but her neighbor refuses to pay for the repairs, so she’s suing. The defendant says he told the plaintiff he would fix the fence himself because he has the experience, and he believes the repair quote the plaintiff received was too high.
Then, the plaintiff has lived in his house for 47 years, and he claims his neighbor of 40 years had some work done to their shared fence, which damaged his side. The defendant refuses to pay for the repairs, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant alleges she can do whatever she wants on her side of the wall, and she didn’t cause any of the cracks on the plaintiff’s side. The defendant is petitioning the judge for an order preventing the plaintiff from doing any additional work to the wall.
Plus, the plaintiff sold his former employee two box trucks, but he claims the defendant still owes him money. The plaintiff also alleges the defendant used the trucks under the plaintiff’s license and registration and racked up tickets he didn’t pay for, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff told him he didn’t owe any more money for the trucks. As far as the tickets and fines, the defendant claims they were $50 each, and he tried to pay back the plaintiff, but he refused to accept the money.
