Description
The plaintiff flips houses. She says there was a chicken coop on one of the properties she bought, and she wanted someone to take it. The plaintiff gave the defendant the chicken coop but says it has not been completely removed. She says it will cost money to remove the rest of it, so she’s suing for that money. The defendant argues the coop needs to be taken in pieces and there were other elements in play that prevented her from obtaining the rest of it.
Then, the plaintiff says he went to the defendant for a root canal, but the guy botched the job and perforated the tooth. He’s suing for the amount he’s out of pocket. The defendant is a dentist who specializes in root canals and claims he had to work on the plaintiff’s tooth twice because there had already been previous work. He says he is not responsible for a new crown.
Plus, the plaintiff says the defendant is his neighbor, who he claims had his car illegally towed from his assigned spot in their condo complex. She also put his expensive antique bed on the curb for garbage, so he’s suing for harassment. The defendant is the condo board president, and she claims the plaintiff was collecting junk and inoperable cars. She says she doesn’t owe the man a penny.
