Description

The plaintiff says the defendant, his neighbor, waters her side of their common fence and rotted out the enclosure, and the plaintiff had to fumigate the fence. The plaintiff is suing for the cost of fumigation and repairs. The defendant argues that she waters the lemon tree, not the fence, and there are no grounds to this case.
Then, the plaintiffs say their former landlord refuses to return their security deposit for no good reason, so they are suing. The defendant alleges that she had to replace the washer and dryer. The defendant also claims she had to hire a professional cleaning crew because of the condition the plaintiffs left the home in.
Plus, the plaintiff says he hired the defendant to upgrade his car engine to a twin turbo, and the defendant ruined the entire thing. The plaintiff is suing for the cost of the vehicle. The defendant insists the plaintiff brought the car to another person two weeks after the defendant worked on it, and he’s not at fault.
