Description

The plaintiff purchased a pit bull puppy from the defendant, who told the plaintiff the puppy’s father was a prize-winning dog. But the plaintiff says that isn’t true. The plaintiff wants to return the puppy and is suing the defendant for a refund. The defendant insists he tried to work things out the best he could with the plaintiff, but they could never get on the same page.
The plaintiff claims he was hired to do remodeling work at the defendant’s house, but she refuses to pay the plaintiff in full, so he’s suing for unpaid wages. The defendant says the plaintiff started the job but disappeared before completing it, so she had to hire someone else to finish the plaintiff’s work.
