Description

The plaintiff parked his trailer in a stall within the defendant’s storage facility, but when he went to pick it up, he says it was gone. The plaintiff believes his trailer was stolen, so he is suing. The defendant alleges there was a break-in in the facility while it was closed, and she’s not responsible for the theft.
Then, the plaintiff has known the defendant for a decade and thought she could trust her. However, the plaintiff claims she rented a car for the defendant in her time of need, but the defendant returned the car with dents on the roof and doors, so the plaintiff is suing for the damages. The defendant alleges there were no damages to the car when she returned it, and the rental company is just trying to rip her off.
Plus, the plaintiff purchased an iPhone from the defendant, and after using it for only a month, he says the phone locked up on him. The defendant promised to fix the phone, gave the plaintiff another faulty phone, and didn’t do anything to help, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant claims the plaintiff had the phone for three months, and he did everything to help him.
