Description

The plaintiff purchased some rare furniture from the defendants, but he says a year has passed, and he still hasn’t received anything, so he’s suing for a refund. The defendants tried shipping the furniture, but they claim the plaintiff couldn’t agree on a shipping company, and the furniture has been sitting in their warehouse.
Then, the plaintiff hired the defendant to ship his Toyota pickup truck to Belize, but he claims the truck arrived damaged, so the plaintiff is suing for the repairs. The defendant says he is not responsible for the damages because all he did was drop the vehicle off in Florida before it was shipped off to Belize.
Plus, the plaintiff and his former friend agreed on renting a lake house together. The plaintiff says he gave a portion of money to the defendant to pay for the trip, but the defendant switched the intended rental location, and the plaintiff was no longer interested. The defendant won’t return the money, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant alleges he and 30 people got together to rent the house, and the plaintiff just tried to back out the last minute.
