The defendant insists she found the plaintiff a housekeeper she initially approved of. However, after two months, the defendant says the plaintiff wanted someone new. Per their contract, the defendant agreed to find another housekeeper, but she says the plaintiff decided to file this frivolous lawsuit instead.
Plus, the plaintiff was driving when the defendant sideswiped his car, so the plaintiff is suing for damages. The defendant insists the plaintiff abruptly changed lanes without looking, and he’s the one who sideswiped her. In fact, the defendant says the plaintiff’s insurance already admitted he was at fault.
