Description

The plaintiff hired the defendant to take pictures at her wedding. However, the plaintiff says the photos were delivered two months late, and she wasn’t happy with the result, so she’s suing. The defendant claims she shot for 10 hours in three different locations, and she believes the plaintiff is just looking to get free pictures.

Then, the plaintiff rented an apartment from the defendant. She alleges the defendant went into her home when she wasn’t there and stole her belongings, so the plaintiff suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff caused a fire, and when she was put up in a hotel, her belongings were stolen by someone else. The defendant believes the plaintiff is suing him as retaliation because he’s evicting her.

Plus, the plaintiff claims the defendant got into a car crash, ran into a fence, and knocked it over. The fence fell on the plaintiff’s parked car, destroying it, so the plaintiff is suing for the damages. The defendant alleges his gas pedal got stuck in place, and he’s just lucky to be alive. The defendant believes the plaintiff is an opportunist trying to rip him off.
