He currently overseas Sales, Training and Development for all sales partners at Cintas from Philadelphia to the pan handles of Florida. Just eight years ago, Tory started his sales career after a two-year program as a Management Trainee in Raleigh, North Carolina. During Tory’s first two years in sales, he earned back to back Diamond Level Award years where he finished in the top 5% of the company in sales. Following Tory’s second year, he was promoted to a Sales Manager in Virginia Beach where he rebuilt a sales team to a dynamics growth machine in just two years. Following Virginia Beach, Tory was granted another promotion as a Sales Manager for the Washington, D.C. market. In just three years Tory lead his market new business growth and sales partners on his team being promoted. Tory graduated from Elizabeth City State University with a Business Management and Minor in Marketing degree.
