LORI'S ADVICE:  "For employers, I’d say, what is the current experience that your new parents are having? Ask that question. Can you answer the question, what is the experience that they’re having? If you don’t really know the answer, then go talk to them and do exactly what Rebecca’s employer did, which is to ask for their feedback." REBECCA'S ADVICE:  "Be bold and ask the questions that need to be asked. But we need to take it one step further and think of how what you’re saying will be received, or what you’re asking will be received to that particular audience. Because that can really help you adapt and ask it the right way where you’re going to get the response that you really need."
