Additionally, Heather works closely with 3Pillar’s delivery organization to ensure 3Pillar customers are receiving quality, cutting-edge software products. Heather has served an executive as Chief Business Development Officer at HRCI and Aronson. She was also Chief Sales Officer at Hanover Research. Heather attributes a great deal of her success in sales and business to the 13 years she spent as a consultant for the Corporate Executive Board.
