My weight-loss story  Mindset's that were holding me back 5 ways you can start changing your health and how you THINK about yourself so you can start losing weight TODAY My name is Billie Blake. I'm 28 years old and live in Rochester, NY with my fiancé Mike and our adorable kitty fur babies, Oscar and Yoda. I'm a life coach specializing in weight loss. 2 years ago I reached rock bottom in my life (like seriously crying every morning and evening and probably during lunch) and just felt STUCK and hopeless. I couldn't imagine my life continuing like it was for the next 60 years! So I started diving into mindset and eventually changed: -my relationship with my boyfriend (from almost breaking up to ENGAGED) -my happiness and satisfaction with my job  -my friendships and family relationships -my ability to create things in my life by making goals and achieving them  AND IT ALL STARTED WITH LOSING WEIGHT I am not joking. Once I realized that shifting my mindset could literally change my body and my health and how I felt about myself... I realized I was no longer stuck with my weight or anything else in my life.
