In this episode, I talk about how our hormones change during our cycle. And how it impacts how we feel, our energy, temperature, recovery and strength. I share my story about learning about my cycle and physiology. And how this helped me learn that - how well you fuel yourself AND recover has a bigger impact on your training than your cycle. I also talk about the key things to focus on in your 40s and 50s to help you get stronger and feel great in your body.
