I am so grateful my friend and fellow mover Phaon asked me to share my story on his podcast “the passive hang” (which is the coolest podcast name, ever). We initially met through the APA program run by our friend and mentor John Marsh
In this conversation, I share my journey through gymnastics, hockey, competitive olympic lifting and movement culture.
I share my own struggles with identity, training and energy, which has led me to develop my own unique approach to helping women finally get the results they want from their training through understanding their cycle.
