After a big year last year full of expression, expansion and showing up I took a much needed rest. I contracted and I reflected.
In today's episode I want to share with you the 4 questions I ask myself at the end of the year, actually it's at the end of any project, work, program I do.
These four questions are powerful and will help you plan your next project, goal or year.
After I answered these four questions I did a strategy planning session (a sexy word for goal setting). You NEED to answer these four questions before you set goals!

What did I do well?


What would I do differently? (knowing what I know now)


What has changed?
