Description

Episode Notes
Welcome to episode two. Today we will be in conversation about the anatomy of understanding. The episode is about softening in to trust, working to understand and doing less.
When we starting riding the long way home, it is lack of trust that stops us from taking the long way home. So, we start riding the long way home with … working to understand.
Understanding is hard work. There is an abundance of information. With so much information, it’s easy to listen to other people’s opinions, to follow the status quo, the current diet fad or the new workout fad. Sometimes we are so keen to get the result we skip the step of working to understand.
We explore what it means to work to understand and why this is important to help you create change.
We look at two types of learning and which one ignites connection, change and results.
I share with you my essential three in the anatomy of understanding.
