When you are going through a breakup it can be difficult to find gratitude, however if you end your day thinking of the things that you are grateful for then sleep may come a little easier for you. If you spend your time imagining the worst and focusing on what you don’t want and what might happen, then that is what will happen, you are attracting more negativity into your life.
