Description

My guest today radiates on a vibration that is positively infectious. She is a coach, a leader, business owner, a mentor, a manager, a fellow athlete AND AUSSIE!
Nerida Bint is the owner of Lissome, a women's only gym in Newcastle, NSW in AUSTRALIA, where she has created every girls dream gym!
Lissome's vision is to strive to make a global shift in the way women think about health through community, connection and contribution.
Nerida and her girl squad have created a space where women of every age, shape, size or ability are welcomed, and challenged to embrace their bodies for what they can do, instead of how they look.
Through training, mindset, nutrition and hard conversations women are finding confidence, connection and community, all while they lift heavy stuff, run and do pull ups.
My biggest takeaway from this chat was that we can be held accountable to show up, train, connect and contribute, BUT in the end we need to take responsibility for ourselves, our thoughts and actions.
