Josh and Jeanne Podcast from East West Healing teach confused and tired people how to ditch supplements and heal their thyroid with food.
They are known as the Real Food Gangsta's
Josh has a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy, studied TCM for 3 years and is almost done with his 5th year at Canadian College of Osteopathy. He is a CHEK Level 4 practitioner. Jeanne is a Certified Nutritionist, CHEK level 2 practitioner, HLC 3 and skilled BioDynamic Therapist.
Both have spent the last 20 years helping people heal through food.
They are the creators of the RTN method (restoration thyroid nutrition method) designed to teach people how to use food to manage stress and build a foundation for healing and optimal thyroid health.
