Description
As a coach, I hear a lot of females say, "I want to have bigger glutes, legs, shoulders, ect, but I don't wanna get bulky like a man. I also hear a lot of men say that they're having trouble putting on weight, but they train heavy everyday. Just because you lift heavy, does not mean you're building muscle. Building muscle is precise and needs to have the boxes checked off. If you're lifting heavy but hangout in a deficit then you will not see the mass you're looking for. Eating a well balanced day of food and sleep will create the progress you want! To all the girls, if you lift heavy don't be scared of looking to manly because to build some mean muscle you need to be in a good surplus in order to achieve that. In this episode I will dive deep into how you don't always need to lift heavy to achieve muscle gains.
