1. Protein intake to maintain muscle? ??
Answer: Bodyweight in Grams. Lower BF%, more protein you will need to maintain your LBM especially during a cut.
2. As a woman, I really want to lose fat. My weight fluctuates, but I don’t think my fat changes much except for bloating in my stomach and I don’t seem to have the stamina to do hard core exercises. Any tips? ?
Answer: 10K steps/day goal. Then add bodyweight resistance training at home/gym. Then add weighted resistance training at home/gym. Increase step goal/add interval jog/walks to increase Resting Heart Rate/VO2 Max to build stamina to point where you can continue to progressively overload and increase Muscle and lose body fat.
3. How do you feel better about yourself and your body? I have body dysmorphia and want to change, but my brain can’t get out of a slump. Any tips? ?
Answer: Body Dysmorphia-Knowledge helps. Tracking Helps. Learning more about weight, body-fat, and muscle mass manipulation cured this for me. The more variables you track the better. Mental Health-Running a faulty program. If you can think yourself into a bad mindset, you can think yourself out of it and into a good mindset. Keeping Promises to Yourself. Having Something to Look forward to. Progressing. We all have a story. Keep creating your story. If you can’t do it for you, then maybe you can do it for someone watching you who needs it.
