Friday LIVE: My Journey w/ Self-Control and Self-Esteem ??❤️

1. Self control - related to self-esteem.
- ability to regulate one’s emotions, thoughts, and behavior in the face of temptations and impulses to achieve long-term goals
2. Saddest times in my life, (times where I didn’t really like myself) = I had the least self-control. 

3. Happiest times in my life, (times where I couldn’t possibly adore/love myself anymore) = I had complete and utter self-control.
- No trust in myself. No accountability. Blamed others-victim mindset (work, relationships, health).
- 2 years ago mid 2021. Young 20’s figuring out who I was and who I wasn’t:

Going to the bar every single weekend.
Binge eating.
Pushing work off to the last minute.
Having no intent when pursuing girls other than my own ego and pride. How would this raise my status related to my peers?
Couldn’t say NO to anything.


4. The times where I felt the most shame, the most guilt, and the most small/insignificant = I had the least control over myself

5. The times where I felt the most proud, self-respect, and the most big/significant = I had the most control over myself. 
- Complete trust in myself. Extreme Ownership-Victor mindset.
- Fast-forward to today:

Have not drank in past 2 years.
Macros, flexible dieting.
Proactively completing my work ahead of schedule and planning for future.
Intentionally pursuing women in a respectful way and trusting God with my life.
Saying NO to most things if it doesn’t serve me.
