TRYING NEW THINGS. ❤️
Over the past month I have been doing a sunrise hike and yoga each morning with my friend Meg as part of my first workout for 75HARD.
I can honestly say this has been the best part of my days.
We typically break down each session into 3 parts for a total of 45 minutes.
Stretching, Yoga, and Meditation. 15 minutes for each.
Before starting this, I was one of the least flexible, least mobile, least balanced person you could come across.
I still am, but each day I get a little better.
And I’ve realized that this is actually one of the greatest
Something that I knew I would be “bad” at when beginning, but wanted to give it a shot and see if it could help me has become one of the greatest things that serves me everyday.
You have to start to even be bad. You have to be bad to be good. You have to be good to be great.
And you actually don’t have to be good at your hobbies. At least at the start.
But let’s try new things, knowing that we may or may not even be bad at the start, in hopes that we can maybe be great at it. Or find enjoyment out of it and even then that serves us just the same!
