- 10+ years of personal Nutrition & Training experience- 2+ years of Online Coaching Business- 5+ EVENTS TRAINED FOR & COMPLETED: 2 Physique Competitions, 1 Powerlifting Meet, 1 Marathon, Training for my 1st Half-Ironman- CPT & CNC NASM certifications- 1000’s clients helped.- Hot With Trott Progress Reels, Testimonials, & Nice Things.
2. Intro 30 minute Call.
- Go over goals, current exercise routine on a weekly basis, and diet day-today.- Go over my plans at end of call.- Send over app link to download to phone.
3. My Plans & Lessons.
- My Plans:
- Every-other week 14-Day Meal Plans. (Adjusted weekly, lock in favorite meals, everything from QUICK & EASY to I LOVE COOKING)- Weekly Customized Workout Plans. (Adjusted weekly, different phases consisting of 4-5 weeks each)- Weekly Check-ins every Thursday.- Fill out form, I require Daily Weigh-ins, Optional Body Measurements & Progress Photos.- I send back a few minute video and updated plans for the following week to begin the next Monday. I receive some of the best feedback and messages from my videos each week.
- My Lessons:
- Setting Expectations- Importance of Check-ins- Routine/Healthy Habits- 101’s (5)-Nutrition/Training/Recovery/Mindset/Tracking 101’s
4. Ending 30 minute FaceTime.
- Go over progress, goal evaluation (did we hit them, what do we need to still do to hit them, any new goals), & next steps.- These are THE BEST.
