- Football (peewee, HS, Dad-finish what you start)-Lessons from My Dad
- Documenting my first Physique Competition on YT
- Push Sales Calls to days where I felt more ready

2. Fitness/Overall Health-do my self-growth tasks every day (Things I haven’t missed in 2 years-workouts, reading, stretching/foam rolling, journaling, meditating)

3. Career-do my needle-movers/critical tasks (Lead Contacts, Sales Calls, Client Success-Check-ins & Video responses/24-hour messages closed out, Lead Gen-content)

4. Relationships-invest in them (Family, Friends, Intimate)

- Thank you’s/Gratitude-initiate to receive more (I LOVE YOU)
- Messages-faster you respond the better
- Traditions-calls, dates, hangouts NEVER STOP

5. What keeping our promises does for us:

- Constantly builds our own reputation with ourselves.
- Instead of saying “I love me”, our actions are repeated acts of reestablishing undeniable proof that “I love me”.
