Description

As a health coach who has worked with clients to address energy management to reduce stress, fatigue, and burnout, the Sacral center is one aspect of Human Design that strongly resonates with me. In particular, that those who have the Sacral center defined know when “enough is enough.” I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how this shows up for me as someone with an undefined Sacral center. As long-time listeners know, the catalyst for getting my health coach certification was adrenal depletion and overtraining. So, in this episode, I share my reflections on how this presented in my past relationship with exercise and how it’s since shifted my approach to workouts. The Live FAB Life Podcast is a weekly show that examines how stress shows up in our lives and explores practical, actionable ways to deal with using Human Design and Functional Nutrition in health, work, and everyday life. With a 20+ year career in the tech industry, I’ve seen it all; the crazy hours, super demanding lifestyles, and constant drive that pushes women into burnout and chronic illness.
