Most women dive into a diet without actually priming their body to be ready for it, which results in yo-yo dieting.  You've probably experienced this same effect, you start off all in and confident this will be the thing to work for you. And you may be successful for a period of time, but ultimately you end up falling off, and gaining the weight back. It's a terrible cycle most women go through their entire lives.
