Maybe you’re struggling with comparison, creating standards that aren’t right for you, or something else, but chances are, these are holding you back from reaching your health and fitness goals. I’ve had to ask myself these questions, and be brutally honest about my own body standards. I’ve learned it’s about so much more than looking a certain way, and being a certain size; I get to see a similar transformation with my clients, once we start working together too.
