I recently celebrated my 41st birthday, and I feel like I learned SO much in my 40th year! I’m excited to share with you some of my biggest ‘aha’ moments I had over the last year, especially since they’re all connected to my health and fitness journey too.In today’s episode, I’m talking about 7 important things I learned in my 40th year. I’ll be sharing takeaways like how my mindset has drastically changed when it comes to how I view fitness (why it’s so much more than just physical), the importance of working with my body instead of against it, understanding that everything in life has seasons, and more.I’ve learned that my journey is ultimately about taking care of myself from the inside out, and it’s not going to look just like yours, or anyone else’s-it never should. Once I figured this key part out, everything fell into place, and became so simple.
