I know there is a LOT to choose from, and also a lot of misinformation, which makes it even more difficult to figure out what you actually need, and how to get the biggest bang for your buck.In today’s episode, I’m talking about my 7 favorite supplements, and how I incorporate them into my health and fitness routine. I’ll be covering products related to your gut health, protein, BCAAs, and more. I’m also sharing more about my previous experiences with using lower-quality products when I first started on my fitness journey, to feeling like I had to use and promote expensive (and unnecessary) products when I was a Beachbody coach.I don’t want you to think that if you’re not taking all kinds of supplements, you won’t see positive results with your health and fitness-that’s just not true. You can become more knowledgeable and confident when it comes to using supplements, but remember, supplements are something that can be added to your lifestyle, and are more of an “extra”.
