Something I hear often from the ladies I work with is that they struggle going to the gym, and when they do, they don’t feel confident being there. While I normally work out at home, I do go to the gym when I’m traveling, and I’ve struggled with these same feelings too!I’m excited to provide some helpful tips if you do prefer going to the gym, and you want to really enjoy being able to do so.In today’s episode, I’m sharing 11 tips to help you feel more confident in the gym. I’ll be talking about the benefits of working with a trainer, going with a friend who is experienced (or inexperienced), following a specific workout program when you’re there, and more.My ladies who are regular gym-goers helped me with some of these tips, and they were happy to share their best advice for going to the gym-I’m thankful they did!
