I have a lot of clients that come to me with a similar problem: they struggle with taking action toward their goals. For example: You have a goal of getting in 4 workouts this week..you even put them on the calendar to ensure you have the time..and still you don't get those workouts done. WHY?!? Goals can feel exciting at first and then sometimes become overwhelming ... which  causes us to not take any action at all.
