    An informative book. I don't know if I could handle taking the apple cider vinegar start before a meal, but I do believe I would enjoy most of the recipes. I did try the recipe for the fries and they were quite tasty. The cucumber recipe was similar to a recipe of my Mom's that I grew up eating and it was always tasty. My only suggestion would have been portion sizes and nutritional statistics including calorie counts. All in all a helpful book. I think I'll try the chicken next.

    This very helpful and interesting e-book was given to me by the author, Brittany Samons, via Library Thing in exchange for my honest review. Thank you!The book is all about Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and how it helps in skin and hair care but mainly in how it helps in losing weight. There are menu suggestions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and of course all of them contain ACV. They sound delicious and I am planning to make the 'Apple Cider Vinaigrette' for a salad very soon.Some of the recipes contain ingredients that I don't usually keep on hand. I will review them again to determine if I feel it's worthwhile to buy an ingredient I will use only in recipes in this book.I feel the author is very knowledgeable regarding ACV and did a great job in the layout of the book. I enjoyed reading it very much.
