- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Honestly nothing new here. Ploy to make money on authors part. No actual before and after pics. Nothing revealed. Other than keto diet which is mentioned nothing else is really said about how the weight was lost or how you can do it as well. Having lost 60lbs myself (not in 60 days) and having many more to go I feel I could write more than 31 pages on the subject and give more info.
