Welcome to this exciting step in your weight loss journey. I call this an exciting step rather than the first step because most likely you have tried losing weight before.
I wrote this book because I wanted to help those who are struggling with losing the weight that they want to lose.
This isn’t a book where I stand on a soapbox and preach to other folks who would like to lose weight. This book is about practical and effective weight loss tips and techniques. This book is not about quick fixes or magic pills, it is about how to lose weight naturally and enjoy a more energetic and fulfilling lifestyle.
Something very important to keep in mind is that the tips and techniques presented in this book are things that anyone can do. Yes, you heard it right. These are things that anyone can do. You see, I will openly admit that I'm not the most disciplined person in the world. I also openly admit that I don't have six pack abs or a finely chiseled beach body. What I do have is a simple, effective method for not only losing weight, but maintaining a healthy weight and a fit, healthy lifestyle.
I feel confident that anyone can follow through on the simple techniques that work for me. Also understand that as it is not a one-size-fits-all
world which is why I've included a variety of techniques to suit a wide variety of individuals.
I would like everyone to have the gift of vibrant health and fitness and to be able to look in the mirror and smile because they are pleased with what they see. This is why I am more than happy to share what I've learned with you.

In fact, the best approach, if you truly are serious about losing weight for the long haul, is to make sure your doctor is always in the loop regarding your weight loss plans.
