In Dec. of 2006 I weighed 278 lbs.
I was taking medication for high blood pressure.
I found myself getting winded going up one flight of stairs.
I was spending more and more time alone.
I was dealing with depression.
In general, I was feeling really bad about myself.
I finally hit rock bottom and knew that I had to make the decision to change my life and the direction I was headed.
I was SO sick of dieting and had FINALLY come to the conclusion that there really was NO magic fast formula for losing weight. I’m sorry if you’ve gone through that yourself but coming to that conclusion can really change things for you.
I’m just a regular
woman losing 100+ pounds and in this book I want to give you some tools for creating that FINAL plan that can work for you AND allow you to do it with a smile on your face (well, most of the time!) and finally reach the place of health and happiness that YOU deserve.
